The Developmental Services Worker: An evolving profession and growing need in care.
Supportive services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is changing. Enhanced demands, evolving cultural attitudes, a wider range of needs and our growing understanding of diagnoses, abilities and challenges require that we think ambitiously about self-determination, models of service, and frameworks for impact.
